Many of the young people in this outdoor water activity video have a lot of tattoos on arms and neck. In everyday life, as soon as I happen to be in close proximity to someone with tattoos like that, say a cashier at a store, it always sets off my internal on-guard alarm warning.
Will go take a look at the US-military rules on tattoos and get back here:

Ok, so why do people especially young people like in the above water activity video go and get themselves all tattooed on their arms and neck like that?
To me it seems to be self-destructive. One small tattoo for a personal remembrance is reasonable, but to get a lot of black ink all over your arms and neck like that is just stupid. When I grew up, born in 1951-Boston area, tattoos were associated with criminals and drug addicts.

Different strokes for different folks. Don’t understand it myself but, I’m not the one wearing them so none of my business.

even when only one person knew it was a pandemic before they called it a pandemic, it only became one for approx. 43% of the population this past week. soon to be known as the ostrich party.
