Default National mention in "Lifelines"

Just thought I'd mention that Lake Winnipesaukee appears in the current issue of Lifelines, the Sea Tow member's magazine, as one of the five top inland boating destinations in the country. We're in good company; others were Lake Travis in TX, Lake Murray in S.C., Lake Havasu in AZ, and Lake Norman in S.C.

Winnipesaukee.com was listed as the place to go to learn more about the lake.

Default Sweet!

Thanks SD, good info, but I guess we all knew that already . Interestingly, Chronicle had an episode about development on Moosehead Lake in ME recently and the cautionary phrase was "we don't want to be like Winnipesaukee". To be honest, I wouldn't want The Lake to be any other way than it is. Just the right amount of interesting "ports" to visit and still some areas to get away to the "quiet lake" (for now). Something for just about everybody......but don't tell anyone.
