I'm looking for a company that does commercial air conditioning repair in the lakes region, preferably someone you have used that did an outstanding job or was always able to fix the problem.

I've used several companies over the years....recently, Laconia Refrigeration has done most of our work.We had called American Air Systems for a walk-in freezer being down...it was critcal because we were stocked up for MC week and needed a quick fix.The serviceman said it would need a new compressor and evaporator...$3600 plus labor and a five day wait for the new units.
I was suspicious of his diagnosis because the unit was fairly new,so I called Laconia Ref. for a second opinion.They found a small leak in the coil and had it up an running in an hour.
I think it depends on the person who actually services the equiptment....we got lucky that time.
