White with blue stripe 26' Sutphen ?

Does anyone know who owns the 26' Sutphen ( white with a blue stripe ) I have seen it a Silver Sands Marina, and I passed it yesterday (11/26) on Rt. 11 in Rochester.

Not related but a GREAT boat. We had a 34' Sutphen on the Lake for 13 years.
