Default Wolfeboro Scarecrows

Wolfeboro's scarecrows are back and taking over the town. The rain isn't helping but there are many around.
In addition there is amusing road graffiti. On South Main St., the pot holes have comments (BAM, ZAP,etc) painted by them. As you coming into town look down at the road.

Haven't seen the doctors out yet. just the construction guys scarecrows...

Yeah Potholes...My favorite subject is the condition of rt 109. Speaking of potholes there has been a deep one right near Morrisys Front Porch for so long NASA was thinking of using it to study how the new generation of Rovers would do on Mars....I think it was unfilled for over 9 months. I was getting ready to put a traffic cone in it but they filled it yesterday

Wolfeboro main street is more like a huge washboard......I saw a woman twist her ankle walking across the road by the Post office the other day in one of those cracks...much like the rest of the road.....and winter is coming. I did drive down to Farmington and that road is like glass. Hardly anyone on the road at all. But the major route around the lake is an obstacle course of cracks and bumps. Embarrassing at the very least.

That's our District 3 road crew for ya.

A local contractor filled the potholes not the state. He got sick of his dump truck hitting them so he took it upon himself to fix some of them. The state should be proud of themselves.
