Just like out in the real world.
Yeah, in the real world of Customer Service, we all know that a problem brought up by email or posting on a forum is first acknowledged in about an hour, worked on, interim progress report given in a little over an hour, worked on, and then solved and corrected: total time, about 16 hours. All by one person. Who does all the other stuff too, like moving the site in three or less days. And has a family and work.
Webmaster Don is a lesson in Customer Service. Great job.
