Exclamation Update - Rescue boat dedicated to lost firefighter...

Erickson said a fully-equipped rescue boat was Miller’s most ambitious goal because the department lacked the funds to buy such a high-priced craft.

"It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come in five months," said the chief.

Mayor Mark Fraser said the community support and rapid success of the project is a testament to people’s love and appreciation for the man.

Default Big Thanks

Thank you so much GWC for posting this. It means a lot to A LOT of people.

Don't know if you caught the pictures I added to the Photo Post of the boat. Look under my gallery (Outlaw) to find them - they are in 'Things that float'. Also I added a PDF of the stats on the boat in a post under 'Boating -> Baja Owners help make Lake Safer'. It's unsinkable !
