I had a castle or two once, but someone took my chess pieces..... I'm in. Can't believe this wasn't started earlier. Let us know what you need... |

	 | Nice dreams

The castle was doomed by well intended but impractical limitations on use as well as seeming larceny of the funds set aside for it 's support by the original donor. It has now fallen into ruin and "saving" it really doesn't seem possible. It would need to be completely rebuilt. To what purpose? Just so it would be a nice antiquity?

What is $800k going to do other than fund the purchase of it at asking price by someone? It will take 2-3 times that to rebuild it to anything usable. Seems like a gimmick to me...Where is the money actually going?

In looking at the fundraiser page, it doesn't sound like there is a real plan behind this. The fundraiser has good intentions, but this is a several million dollar undertaking.
