	 | Pepper

I saw Pepper earlier this week at her money paying job at Lowes. Doing well, working like a dog, and still gives the best hugs around.

	 | Where did they go? Quote:
Right on Skip. I was thinking along those same lines. I've missed Pepper but we have heard from her and people that run into her plus we know what is keeping her busy. Thinking about Mee-n-Mac I remember the offer they made to go kayaking with Evenstar to observe all the boats that are going faster than the driver's ability to see. Now maybe Mac took her up on the offer and is "lost at sea" or maybe he started practicing his kayak skills and ran into those GFBLs with who knows what kind of results .... Evenstar, don't take this seriously. Seriously. There have been several posts lately just begging for a Mee-n-Mac reply. I hope all is OK with them and Pepper too . Hope your A P B works. catch the wave

Al & Skip I can testify that, as of about three hours ago, Pepper is just fine (but busier than a one-armed paper hanger between her regular job and opening the new restaurant!) We had supper at the new Waldo Peppers and were lucky enough to have her join us. So, I'm hereby passing along her official "Hi" to all of the Forum family! Silver Duck |

I've received occasional e-mail jokes from Steely. I seem to recall him mentioning that he got in trouble for some remarks, hence no posts. But I'm not sure.

	 | Reporting for Duty .... Sir ! Quote:
Nice to know someone finds my posts humerous or useful of usefully humerous. Been busy with family stuff that required me to spend a month or so off from work and have been trying to catch back up since then. Knowing how addictive Da Forum can be, I've had to keep myself away until I had a long enough time to get back up to speed (ooops, probably shouldn'thave used that phrasing). I guess that time is today so I'm reporting back for duty to rebute the forces of hyperbole and illogic. Might take few days though, gotta find time to astound the neighbors with my pyrotechnic skillz*. (*Well that and it's hard to see the screen when typing outdoors and my typing skills are somewhat less advanced than my abilities to make smoke and fire and so any hinderence really slows me down) (Well those 2 items and the fact that we got a new PWC and I've got to practice with that so I can keep up with gtxrider and/or any of the babes on sleds who use PWCs in the summer. ) (Then there's my inability to let go of a topic and then next thing you know I've typed a mile long post and run out of time to do anythi ... oh crap !)

	 | Hey Mee-n-Mac wanna race?

gtxrider won't be at the lake until 8/3, but I'll be heading back on 7/11. I'll have to ride over and check out your new machine. Heck, I can probably see it from Sandy Pt. with the binoculars. I'm sure gtx will let me use it while I'm there -- he bought it with our Dad. Hope to see you & the Mrs. next week. |

	 | Here I am, DPG

Better late than never...it's only been a year since I went MIA... I dont' get to check the website as often as I used to...life got pretty hectic for a while, but I think it's finally starting to settle down. DPG, I actually think we know one another...are DPG your initials? Now, I'm being really cryptic...if they are your initials is the third letter of your last name a "U"? And, if it is, then I'm not sure if it's you or your brother... |
