Leave it to Beaver.....
So I almost ran over this guy/gal on RT109 this morning.
I only have pictures of Beaver noses in the water. Now I have a picture of one on land. It ran across the road and went down into a drain culvert. (By the Colony Bay Club.) I wonder if he will save me from driving over a washed out bridge, now... |

He crossed the road because he didn't give a dam.. Then again- maybe he did. Could he have possibly been crossing the road to get to his beaver dam? Who knows. Next time you see him maybe you could ask him?

He was most likely crossing to get to the other side.

Well, unfortunately The Beaver did not last too long. There was carnage on RT109 this morning when I drove in to work this morning. I believe the Beaver was ill. When I took the picture it was just wondering around on the road surface. Like it was in a daze. Seems it decided to go wandering again and got killed.....
