Magic Foods at the new Winnipesaukee Playhouse
Great food... entertainment before the entertainment... a sweet dessert... sounds like the perfect recipe for a summer night!
We are delighted to invite you to come early, stay late this summer as we unveil some new features which will really make for a great night out. This summer we are partnering with Magic Foods Restaurant Group (owners of Canoe in Center Harbor and O Steaks and Seafood in Laconia and Concord) to bring you delicious on-site food options. Now you have opportunity to arrive early for dinner, grab a glass of wine and snack at intermission, and stay late for a cup of coffee and dessert. Beginning an hour and a half before showtime, you can order from their fantastic "Playbill Menu" at our Bar in the main lobby. You can then dine in our tented picnic area. On selected nights, we are offering free pre-show entertainment on our outdoor amphitheatre (visible from the picnic area). Acts include musicians, singers, comedy-improv and more! To see a list of what's playing when, visit www.winniplayhouse.org. We hope to add more acts to our "Busker Alley" series as the summer progresses so if you know of anyone who might like the opportunity to showcase their talent, contact bryan@winniplayhouse.org. To see the Playbill Menu or the Group Dining menu for corporate entertaining, bus tours or just a group of friends, go to http://www.winniplayhouse.org/dining--packages.html. We look forward to welcoming you this summer! |

We will be going to see Barefoot on the Park during our vacation next month. Really looking forward to it.

Well, your association with Canoe sadly ends our family's long relationship with Winni Playhouse. No member of our large family will ever set foot into any establishment Canoe is associated with due to the poor treatment we experienced with Canoe 10 years ago when our children were much younger.
I wish you well in your new location. We supported you with financial gifts and frequent attendance while you were in Laconia, but your association with Canoe has cost you our business and support. R2B |

I agree, you are biting off your nose to spite your face. Go and enjoy the shows, just refrain from purchasing any food or drink.

That's awesome, thanks!
The pre-show entertainment on the amphitheatre is free and open to the public... whether eating or not AND whether attending that night's show or not!! We truly wish for this campus to be a resource for the community. There's a covered bridge and nature trail for everyone to enjoy. See you soon! |

Winnipesaukee Playhouse A+
We attended the show tonight, Barefoot in the Park and had a great time with a great play and cast. They have a beautiful theater and I wholeheartedly recommend it for all ages.
