2011 slip/valet/marina prices - How much is too much?

We now pay $2,400 for a 22' slip, up from $2,000 a few years ago. We are charged $75 extra for a second parking space, which often is taken by someone else. Main parking space also is dicey. It many times has been taken by others. The boat slip, too, often gets used by interlopers. Boat service is dicey, as well. One boat popped freeze plugs following inadequate winter storage drainage of engine. Boat sat up all summer season before engine was hauled out and repaired. Second boat's gas line burst inside the engine cowl, spewing fuel into the water while we were underway.
