Sad to say but nothing surprises me anymore. The boat ramp at Marine Patrol is a very busy spot with lot's of "In and Out" fishermen every day.
I would be will to bet it was someone that had a Loon bothering his fishing, so he just used the 38 caliber solution. Don't waste your time calling me anti gun.. I'm not. I'm anti STUPID.
