I disagree as well. The dinner portions haven't shrunk as far as I've seen. We've actually taken to ordering the lunch size portions at dinner as this is more than enough. The waitresses we've had recently were super friendly - we didn't feel we were being rushed even on a busy holiday weekend. On our last visit, the waitress was nice enough to split a kiddie cup of ice cream between 2 of us on separate checks. We each got a nice size scoop and had $1.38 each on our bill. I'd say that is keeping the customers happy.
