I held a group meeting for several people that work with me at the lake this week (Don't ask me if you are planning for a week of good weather

) We grilled at the house on Tuesday and ended up eating almost twelve pounds of Grillmaster, Smokehouse and TURKEY tips. I never tried the turkey tips before but thought I'd buy some for anyone looking for something lighter.

Everyone loved them and wanted to know how I made them. I had to confess that the Wine'ing Butcher did all the work.
