Gun Island Fire

Last Sunday someone set fire to a shack on Gun Island just off bald Peak at the Moultonboro/Tuftonboro line. It burned to the ground. See the Citizen's article here:

Has anyone heard anything about this? They did it in broad daylight and were seen returning to a house by canoe at Bald Peak. Since the island is right up the lake from us we are very concerned.
