Ive only spent one Christmas at the lake, when I was little and we still had our cottage. The snow was up to the windows and our back porch roof had collapsed from the weight. It still is a fond memory, Christmas in the Lakes Region is a little different than the outside world. You guys are Christmas people ! ( Rumor has it that despite rising property prices and taxes Olde Chris Cringle is going to settlement on his newly aqquired Governers Island property next week. ) I guess you guys will have all the luck with new toys this year ! Does anyone want to share some Christmas memories on the forum ? I would really like to re live some of yours with you.......GS
