william tell drink refill charges

Maybe the first time the drink came loaded with ice, point out that fact and ask to have it redone or a free refill. I know this is after the fact though. but maybe that will be what I do if something happens in a restaurant that is not to my liking. I do not order soft drinks but used to order them with no ice when I did. Personally I think I would have said something when the brought the bill even? Makes MacDonalds look better!
