Island Cam - Saving and Attaching Images

There is an image I just saved from the Island Cam - trying to figure out what the dark spot is. It doesn't show on any of the "three most recent shots" so I'm assuming it's maybe an animal? The problem is, I can't figure out how to post the image in my post and have it appear. Maybe someone else can snag it before it disappears and post it, because I'm on the way to work now.

Otherwise, someone train me on how to post a saved image, and I'll post it tonight after work. Any ideas?
