This is follow on legislation to last years successful SB406 which banned Involuntary Lot Merging here in NH. If this passes folks can come forward and have their lots unmerged if the municipality had merged them without their consent. Have any of you out there ever had your lots merged? Would you want them unmerged if you could? Ms Merge
