A "handy man" construction job maybe (tree house/fort)?

Long story short, the grandparents want to get their granddaughter (my daughter) a gift. They got their grandson a big honkin' swing set which we do not really want. After all, Meredith has a great playground we visit often...

We have a small 5 or 6 tree pine grove in our yard and we think our daughter/nieces/nephews would enjoy a nice tree house. The best part about the tree house is I won't have to build it!

Anyway, I say "handy man" in the thread title because this little project may be "below" a general contractor and I'm hoping to spend a bit less than general contractor labor rates. Any ideas/recommendations?
