Safe boating

Friday evening went to the Town Docks with family and friends , had a great time. Upon our return trip into the Weirs Channell we were throttled down to headway speed inside the first two channell bouys , when some jack@*@ did not even slow down, cut within 15 feet of us and in between swim ropes and bouy with no regard for anyone but himself. He then had a few words and he then ran the channell on the wrong side. The marine patroll should do a better job of patrolling hot spots.
