Was up in the Lakes area today house hunting.
When going up I-93 in the morning and coming back in the afternoon we noticed that every place there was a high cross over from north bound to south bound they were blocked with dump trucks, bucket loaders, graders or some other heavy equipment. In the morning we didn't notice that the vechicles were occupied but this afternoon coming back all of the vechicles had people manning them. ![]() What is that all about? ![]() I know that the cross overs are for authorized vechicles only but I have never seen them blocked in that fashion before. Is NH paying people to sit in the stationary blocking vechicles during the day or night? ![]() I can't think of a valid reason for this to be done unless the cops were expecting pursuit of some bad guys ![]() Any clarification on why this was being done would be appreciated. The wife and I are stumped. ![]()
