Bizer Chart question ?

I have the hard-laminated Bizer folding chart, looks like 24" x 18".

I sure a lot of folks have this style and use on their boats......

Well, I have a question, and this may seem like a dumb question.....
Where the chart folds in half, there is about a 3/4" clear plastic section between top and bottom of chart. That said, are there any markers, rocks, obstacles, that are not being shown, because of that clear divider section, specifically in the area, where Bear Island is shown?
