Night vision
From what I'm told the MP's have been equipped with night vision which allows them to see as clear as day at night and at a great distance.
Not sure where the money is coming from but from my understanding a lot of the boats have this and it is not cheap. I'm with LIforrelaxin, why is there always someone willing to give boaters a bad name by doing what they know is wrong?
