Steak house restaurant suggestions

Hello, I'm looking for a Lakes Region Steak House for a nice prime rib dinner to go to the first of May this year. I know of the following ones but would like some input from others please.
They are: C.J. Averys, The Woodshed, Spatts [Manchester, MY FAV!!] At this early time of the year, not sure of what others might be open. Thank you for your help..
