Breakwater
Over on Winnisqaum the Dock area around the point has what looks like a floating breakwater that's moored on both ends. Might be something cheaper to look into.
Edit: found this, not the type they had , but same idea. Called a wave brake. http://www.wavebrake.com/what.html |
