Vanity Plates
My aunt has 'BP 49' which is her initials and the year she graduated from high school. I ask for 'RP 69' which is my initials and the year I graduated. and you would never guess they would not approve because of the 69. Yet I have seen standard plates with 69 somewhere in the numbers.
 So I ask for 'RLP13' and they accept! You would think '13' will be criminal but I guess not.  Back in the days I had a Hemi with the plates 'HUMBLE', that will be another story.
