Tragedy in Laconia

Such a tragedy that may or may have not been prevented. The man has a hearing loss. I do not know the man and I am trying to find out if he has assistive devices that will at least respond to him of an emergency. I work for an agency that work with other agencies that provide assistance for those with a hearing or vision loss and or speech impairment. If you know of anyone with a physical disability and needs assistance please let me know. I also have resources to help those that are mentally challenged. Please reach out for me. Thank you.
