Relocation Questions

Hello Everyone;

I am considering relocating to New Hampshire this year and have a few questions. I am hoping people can help me with these. I am transgender and am wondering about acceptance in Wolfeboro. I am looking at large property in Wolfeboro as well as Sandwich. I don't know what area is better and safer. I work from home and I am semi retired and not into bar scenes so my exposure could be kept to a minimum if need be.
I have humanitarian charities that I run which is my truest passion. I need to give back. I will be supplying area churches with food for their food kitchens to help feed the hungry and homeless. So with that does anyone have advice on what area is better to live in? One has 55 acres and the other has 250. I do admit that I like acreage and privacy so that I am not shoving my transgender status down my neighbors throat as I have a tremendous respect for others. Its a difficult life but with God's help and blessings I get through it.
I do love the Mayberry feel of Wolfeboro but love being close to larger towns if need be. I am wondering if Sandwich is too off the beaten path. I am not concerned with Tourist traffic as that is what supports the town and I will admit I love the hustle and bustle. I absolutely adore Wolfeboro's Main St. I lived in Vegas and Hawaii so I understand tourists. Any Advice will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for any help you can possibly provide.
