Default Foundation Pier Replacement

Our cottage on Rattlesnake Island is built on a relatively steep slope and is supported by cinder block structural piers underneath (arranged in three rows ... Approximately 1' long across the back of the cottage, 3' at the center line and 6' at the front). While I was under the cottage working yesterday I noticed that a couple of the center line piers are at a pretty scary angle due to the movement of the land downslope over the years (obviously 4' footings weren't dug during the original construction). I would like to investigate getting some of the piers replaced and am looking for a recommendation of who I can contact who would be skilled at doing this and willing/capable of doing this kind of work on an island. Can anyone make a suggestion?
