Boater harrassing the loons
Today, 8.915, in Greene's Basin was a boater towing a bright orange floater with kids on it. He saw the male loon, they pointed to the loon, they ran around and around the loon ... really,bothering the loon. I have a photo of his NH bow numbers.... what do I do? Post them here, send to NHF&G. Need some input folks. Thanks
