Bill Brooks is showing a yet-to-be-completed deck. The item wrapped in white may be a "roof cap"—about ready to be crane-lifted into place.

The present roof's underside has yet to be framed-in for a "ceiling". For myself, I'd want to see a close-up picture of the intersection of all those rafters. I've seen some awful carpentry displayed right there!

'Can't tell how far that Pine tree is to that corner's drip cap. Ever leaned against a Pine tree when there's 20-MPH winds?
