Goutes23 --- save yourself the hassle ---- if you get the App that I referenced in post #29, it will pop up all the airports in restricted space around you with a phone #
Laconia accepts Digital filings, so no call needed IF you file the flight Plan thru the App -- AGAIN -- on the first time with App -- check to see Laconia (or wherever) is actually receiving them -- I had a settings issue at first .
