If you read the fine print about what new customers will get after a certain period of time it states that they will pay what you and I are paying now. That means that some people will get an increase of $50 to $75..maybe even more.
I've looked into alternatives to Atlantic Broadband but so far I can't get anything that would give me the internet reliability/speed and bundles that I am getting now from ABB. Some are cheaper but you get what you pay for.
I just requested a vacation hold also, was told return everything and pay $150 start up as I had used it in February! The costs are out of control.
