Contemplating jumping from Atlantic Broad Band to Consolidated.
I want to drop my cable with Atlantic, however, if I do, my monthly Internet service with them will skyrocket, as currently I have a bundle.

If I go to Consolidated, I can pickup 25Mbps for $39.19 per month, but there is a 2 yr contract stipulation. Early termination fee of $149 applies to Internet.

I cannot get the advertised Atlantic BB special price of Internet (100Mbps+Cable (60 channels), of $59.99 per mo for 2 yrs, because I'm a current customer, and this pricing is only offered to 'new' customers.

I want to cut my cable, but retain my Internet for streaming channels.
(Netflix, Hulu, NatGeo, etc).

Thoughts ?

My next door neighbor just got that $39 deal and he says it's not great. Lot's of buffering if more than one person is on it.
We were also thinking of changing until I talked to him.
