cutting the cord on spectrum

so i have 5 TV's in my house 2 are samsung units. the issue im having with Spectrum and there cable boxes is you are constantly unplugging and rebooting the units so the gable guide works,volume etc. can some body give me some advise on roku units or a better way to use your tv and perhaps save a few bucks without throwing a hammer through it? we live in Moultonborough and the internet works great. thanks
