Car Storage October thru May each year ?

A friend of the family has a convertible which she wishes to store each year somewhere in the Wolfboro or Alton area. She has asked us to help her find a safe, clean (no mice thank you) secure garage or barn storage to be used for her car every year.

Any idea what she will have to pay for such a place?

Does she need to keep her car Registered for insurance purposes, i.e. fire or theft during the time it is stored?

Anyone have any ideas where she can find such car storage facility?
