I think it's implied by the "disclosure" piece as "we all know what Braun Bay is like in summer *wink*."

I've seen days that are over the top, for sure, but much more often—outside of the big holidays—it's been a fine place...with or without the fam.

In either case, I still wouldn't see negligence on the part of a realtor if it wasn't (or was) brought up.
