Handyman in exchange for use of private Island Home (Sleepers)

We have a beautiful home on Sleepers Island and are interested in exchanging use this fall (Sept-Oct) for handyman work on the home while you are there. In particular, we are looking for some boards to be repaired on the deck and house trim, staining of deck, sealing bottom of house, etc.

It is a beautiful home with 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, 2 baths. Details can be seen here (http://www.choiceofparadise.com/overview.html). Of course, we are looking for someone responsible. It is also an island home with private dock so you need a boat to get back and forth.
