Wood Staining & Carpet Recommendations Wanted

Greetings, All!

I need to finish my porch pine walls/ceiling but am totally not motivated to do it, so if anyone has recommendations for someone who might be interested—I think either a professional or a person who's just good at this stuff would work.

Also, I need to replace the carpet on the same porch and am considering doing it myself, though it might be worth just finding someone. The porch is 10x30, so just one piece rolled out should work.
