Everything seen from the road, every large beautiful tree, wetlands, rocks, roots, soil, and land remains totally unchanged. To my surprise it is untouched since it was sold on February 9, 2024, 20-months ago for eighteen million dollars. The locked gate and old camp sign 'Camp Menotomy' are still there, the gate is closed and locked. No construction is happening there and this February 9, 2024, $18-mil closing price is 20-months past transacted?

From .... www.mernia.org/camp-menotomy-docs ..... '2025 - Meredith Neck and Islands Alliance' with items dated throughout 2024 and 2024 and as recently as July 31, 2025 maybe someone familiar with all this could comment on the if & when the proposed seven different mega-million dollar waterfront homes ..... www.mernia.org/current-newsletters ..... will start to be constructed?

Like, 'zactly what the heck is happening here in simple English.... ?

Here's a 1956 Camp Menotomy ...... www.ebay.com/itm/405912096765 ..... two-cent postcard, mailed from Meredith to Arlington Mass in July.
In simple English, the sale has not closed, to the best of my understanding. That's why you haven't seen any changes to the large beautiful trees, wetlands, rocks, roots, soil, and land. Supposedly the AG's offices in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire are reviewing the proposed sale and terms of the trust, to be sure that the trustees are complying with the terms. According to the MerNIA documents you mention, a person has come forward and made an offer to the trustees to lease the property for the purpose of running a camp, as was contemplated by the grantor(s) when the trust was created. Reading through the Menotomy documents readily available on the MerNIA website would have told you all of this.
