Yes. Probably best to change the deck out to aluminum rail that will have less maintenance. Clean the deck with chem wash and go to Q8, so only have to replace some of the boards and will be able to use the removed deck posts and rails inside, where their maintenance would not be such an issue.
The utilities look like they need a little freshening also. |
