moorings for Alton residents

My wife and I just went through the process for a mooring at her Dad's
place on Wini. She had to get the deed and state a valid reason as to why we needed a mooring ect.. The whole process took a couple months but we now have a valid mooring permit, we had our boat on it for the first time this past weekend. The sticker fee is $25 and if your sticker falls off the mooring you need to replace it and pay another $25. It is a yearly fee.
