Default Polly's Pancake Parlor - Sugarhill

Tried something different. Haven't been in years. Took Mother-in-law and wife to Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugarhill. They were very busy(called ahead). Waited a few minutes before seating. In-law and wife had oatmeal buttermilk waffles with apple topping. I had Katie's Combo, 2 eggs,3 pancakes of choice with piece of ham, bacon or sausage. Also had a bowl of fresh fruit that we split between the three of us(good). This was a treat. Went to a gift shop and cheese place which are further up the street.
It did take an hour or so to get there but if not in a rush, good place to eat. Directions, take exit #38 off of Rt93, take left, 1st right(Rt18), left onto Rt117, straight up the hill. Nice ride with fantastic views but it was cloudy Sunday.
Hint: call ahead. You get on the list rather than at the bottom. Sunday's wait was 45min.
Talking to the waitress(Laura) and on a busy Sunday they push 500 people through, average 400, 200 during the week. Open Sunday's 7am-3pm.

Enjoy.
