How about Brewster Academy? Plenty of room for a tent, in fact depending on the timing you may be able to use the tent and porta johns that are already set up for the Great Waters Concert series. Certainly the Boat House there would work.

By the way, how many people are you talking about? How big a tent? Would you consider being on an island?

The Wolfeboro Inn is on the water, does weddings and has a tour boat to take you guests for a ride.
