Greetings. New to boating and this forum. I just recently moved to NH and bought a small cheapo inflatable. Is there a website or some other place where I can find where the public access points are to the different ponds and lakes in NH? I know the fish and game has their list of boat ramps. But I'm looking more for where I can carry my inflatable into ponds without going through someone's backyard.
For example, Little Island Pond in Pelham. I picked that pond since it is close to where I live and I know there is boating there. I found this... http://www.wildlife.state.nh.us/Fish...and_pelham.pdf ...which says "Town Cartop Access". What does that mean and where could I park and gain access to this pond without entering someone's yard? |
