Rafting Zones ?

On my chart, I see a huge NRZ east of Black Cat island, on Mouultonboro Neck, north of Cook's Point? I know it's NRZ, but what are folks thoght about this area. By the definition, 'rafting' constitutes, two or more boats tied together. In my case I would be anchored alone.

Actually "rafting" constitutes 3 or more boats tied together. So with 2 or less you are free to anchor anyplace. However, keep in mind that required distances from other boats and shore are different in "no-rafting" zones.
