The town of Alton was having reprints made as they had requests for copies. I don't know if they are still doing this or not.
I would also check with the Alton historical society.

Ahem.... any more copies out there? I'd be interested... I have a friend's copy at the moment but hope she's not going to ask for it back anytime real soon....
