Default Ice At Glendale Docks?

Can anyone tell me the ice conditions around the Glendale town docks?? I would like to get my bob house at least on the ice this weekend and was hoping the Glendale town dock area would have enough ice by now. Anyone?

Thanks!

308, it still does not look ready. There were no bob houses on the ice there today.

When we were there on Sunday ISS had an airboat staged on a trailer in the parking lot. Today it looks like they had launched it at the docks breaking up the ice on the way out and back.

Default But that's Alton Bay

There's huge variation in ice thickness across the lake. Bays lock in earlier. The Broads is still largely open water. Glendale and beyond out towards Welch, Timber, etc. tends to lock in somewhat later than other areas. Important to have very local info on the ice.

This mornings run along Belknap Point shows a light skim of ice over a good chunk of the broads. nothing even close to walking on, but a big difference from the last few days.

There was a Volkswagen bug doing donuts on the cove last weekend. I’m not sure I would take the sled out there non the less a car......
